At Kustore, we stand behind the quality of our watches. Every eligible watch comes with a 6-Month Machine Warranty, covering manufacturing defects in the watch movement.

Warranty Coverage

Your warranty covers:

  ✅ Watch Machine (Movement) Issues Only

  ✅ Manufacturing Defects in the Movement
  

The warranty does not cover:

• 
  ❌ Glass Damage
  

• 
  ❌ Strap or Chain Damage
  

• 
  ❌ Battery Replacement
  

• 
  ❌ Water Damage
  

• 
  ❌ Scratches, Dents, or Normal Wear & Tear
  

• 
  ❌ Damage caused by drops, misuse, or accidents
  

• 
  ❌ Crown, Push Buttons, or Physical Damage
  

Warranty Claim Process

To claim your warranty, you must provide:

• 
  📸 A clear photo of your Kustore Warranty Card.
  

• 
  📸 Photos or a short video showing the issue with the watch.
  

Warranty claims without a valid Warranty Card will not be accepted.

Shipping Policy for Warranty Claims

• 
  ✅ Kustore will cover the return shipping cost back to the customer after repair.
  

• 
  🚚 The customer is responsible for sending the watch to Kustore.
  

Warranty Period

• 
  Warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
  

Important Note

Kustore reserves the right to inspect the watch before approving any warranty claim. If the issue is found to be outside the warranty coverage, repair charges may apply.
