Return & Refund Policy
At Kustore.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We only accept returns in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
- The product has a manufacturing defect
To request a return, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
The item must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Packed in its original packaging
- With all tags and accessories included
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Minor color differences due to lighting/photos
- Used or damaged products after delivery
- Orders damaged due to customer mishandling
Refunds
Once your return is approved and inspected:
- Refunds may take 5–7 working days
- Refunds will be sent through bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash depending on the payment method
If your refund is delayed, please contact us.
Exchange Policy
We may offer exchanges for defective or damaged items depending on product availability.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
