At Kustore, we stand behind the quality of our watches. Every eligible watch comes with a 6-Month Machine Warranty, covering manufacturing defects in the watch movement.

✅ Warranty Coverage

Your warranty covers:

  • ✔️ Watch Machine (Movement) Issues Only
  • ✔️ Manufacturing Defects in the Movement

❌ Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

  • Glass Damage
  • Strap or Chain Damage
  • Battery Replacement
  • Water Damage
  • Scratches, Dents, or Normal Wear & Tear
  • Damage caused by drops, misuse, or accidents
  • Crown, Push Buttons, or Any Physical Damage

📋 Warranty Claim Process

To claim your warranty, please provide:

  • 📸 A clear photo of your Kustore Warranty Card
  • 📸 Clear photos or a short video showing the issue with the watch

Warranty claims without a valid Warranty Card will not be accepted.

🚚 Shipping for Warranty Claims

  • ✅ Kustore will cover the shipping cost to send the repaired watch back to the customer.
  • 📦 The customer is responsible for sending the watch to Kustore for inspection and repair.

📅 Warranty Period

This warranty is valid for 6 Months from the date of purchase.

⚠️ Important Note

Kustore reserves the right to inspect the watch before approving any warranty claim. If the issue is found to be outside the warranty coverage, repair charges may apply.
